2 cups co­conut milk, unsweet­ened 1 cup gluten-free oats 4 ta­ble­spoons light agave syrup 1 tea­spoon ground cin­na­mon Chopped dates, for gar­nish Shred­ded co­conut, for gar­nish Sliced al­monds, for gar­nish

1. In a large saucepan, com­bine the co­conut milk, oats, agave, and cin­na­mon over medi­umhigh heat, stir­ring oc­ca­sion­ally, for 10 to 20 min­utes un­til thick.

2. Di­vide evenly into serv­ing bowls and top with chopped dates, shred­ded co­conut and sliced al­monds if de­sired. Serve warm.
