NADA Joins Check to Protect Program
The National Automobile Dealers Association (NADA) has joined forces with the National Safety Council (NSC) in a campaign coined “Check to Protect,” created to educate the general public about the importance of addressing open vehicle recalls. NADA chairman and FCA US LLC dealer, Wes Lutz, intends to promote the Check to Protect program on his dealership websites and during interactions with customers. Because dealers ultimately handle the recall repairs, Lutz is encouraging all franchised dealers of every brand to do the same.
