Dirt Rider - - Tear Offs -

New Zealander Levi Sherwood flipped his way to two gold medals—the only rider to win multiple golds—at this year’s X Games at US Bank Stadium in Minneapolis, Minnesota, bringing home top honors in the Pacifico Moto X Freestyle Final and in the Monster Energy Moto X Best Trick competition.

Sherwood used multiple double backflip variations—including no hands and no feet—to win the Pacifico Moto X Freestyle Final, beating out Australians Josh Sheehan and Clinton Moore for the top spot. In the Monster Energy Moto X Best Trick competition, Sherwood nailed two versions of his double backflip variations to get the win. Jackson Strong and Clinton Moore were second and third.

Jarryd Mcneil jumped 44 feet to win the Lifeproof Moto X Step Up competition, while Destin Cantrell took home gold in the Moto X Best Whip and Colby Raha won the new X Games Real Cost Quarterpipe High Air event.
