CAM­BRIDGE — Jeanne M. Pin­ault, 82, of Cam­bridge, MD passed away peace­fully Mon­day, March 28, 2016, at Ch­e­sa­peake Woods Cen­ter, Cam­bridge.

Born July 11, 1933 in Put­nam, Con­necti­cut, she was a daugh­ter of the late Olive Gam­mon and Robert Wil­liam Pin­ault.

Af­ter com­plet­ing her fifth year of col­lege, Jeanne set out on her life­time ca­reer in pub­lish­ing as a Free­lance Edi­tor. For over 50 years she trav­eled and pub­lished pa­pers. Jeanne loved her work and also was pas­sion­ate for books and art. She moved from An­napo­lis to Cam­bridge more than ten years ago and was ac­tive in the Dorch­ester Arts Cen­ter. Jeanne saw beauty in the sim­ple things in life and her artist brush put them on pa­per. She will be greatly missed by her friends and fam­ily who sur­rounded her be­fore and dur­ing her ill­ness.

Sur­viv­ing is her sis­ter Eleanor Dean of Ca­tonsville; nieces Peggy Per­menter and hus­band Joe, Shari Mat­tos and hus­band Frank; nephew Robert Dean and wife Ch­eryl; great nieces Amy Ha­ley and hus­band Eric, Carolyn Dean, Kather­ine Dean, Devon Mat­tos along with many friends.

At Jeanne’s re­quest ser­vices will be pri­vate.
