FISH­ING CREEK — The Lord called home Stephanie Kay Aaron, 44, of Fish­ing Creek Fri­day, April 1, 2016, at PRMC, Sal­is­bur y.

Born May 10, 1971, Stephanie was the daugh­ter of the late An­thony (Tony) Rip­pons. She grew up and lived most of her life on Hoop­ers Is­land. Stephanie at­tended Cam­bridge South Dorch­ester High and grad­u­ated with the Class of 1989. While at­tend­ing school she met the love of her life Robert J. Aaron Jr. They were mar­ried on Feb. 22, 1991.

Stephanie went on to be a suc­cess­ful busi­ness woman, wife, and mother.

Stephanie is sur­vived by her hus­band Robert J. Aaron Jr. of Fish­ing Creek, her three chil­dren Am­ber Aaron of East New Mar­ket, Robert Aaron III of Cam­bridge, and El­iz­a­beth Aaron of Fish­ing Creek. She is also sur­vived by two brothers Tony and Joseph Rip­pons; her grand­fa­ther Robert Tyler of Smith Is­land; grand­moth­ers Elsie Tyler, Delores Evans and Betty Lou Mid­dle­ton; two aunts Deborah La­casse and Paula Tyler; un­cles Jonathan Tyler, Mor­gan Tyler, Bobby Evans, John­nie Evans, Bert Rip­pons, Ben­nie Rip­pons; and her lov­ing mother-in-law Frances (Polly) Aaron.

A fu­neral ser­vice was held Wed­nes­day, April 6, at the New­comb and Collins Fu­neral Home, P.A. Cam­bridge. Fam­ily re­ceived friends the hour prior to the ser­vice. Of­fi­ci­at­ing the ser­vice was Rev. Doug Ri­d­ley. In­ter­ment fol­lowed at East New Mar­ket Ceme­ter y.

Pall­bear­ers were Mor­gan Tyler, Robert Whap­les, Chris Lar­ri­more, Wil­liam Dinkel, Bud Reynolds and Ben Knotts.

In lieu of flow­ers, con­tri­bu­tions can be made to New­comb and Collins Fu­neral Home, P.A., 308 High St., Cam­bridge, MD 21613 to help de­fray fu­neral ex­penses.
