HUR­LOCK — Peggy W. Tay­lor, 85, of Hur­lock, MD, passed away on Satur­day, July 9, 2016, at The Pines in Eas­ton. She was born in Park­sley, Va., on Nov. 8, 1930, to the late Arthur and Amanda Wes­sells.

Peggy grad­u­ated from

Park­sley High School. She be­came a LPN and worked for many places such as East­ern Shore Hos­pi­tal Cen­ter and UMSMC at Dorch­ester. Mrs. Tay­lor en­joyed rid­ing mo­tor­cy­cles and loved be­ing a nurse.

She is sur­vived by her

son, Charles W. Green Jr. of Linkwood, step chil­dren Jenny Tay­lor, Phyl­lis Tay­lor, Patsy Tay­lor and Dickie Tay­lor, a grand­daugh­ter Ni­cole B. Green of Florida and five great grand­chil­dren. Be­sides her par­ents, she was pre­ceded in death by her sec­ond hus­band

Richard I. Tay­lor and a daugh­ter Clau­dia Tay­lor.

A fu­neral service will be held at 11 a.m. Satur­day, July 16, at Thomas Fu­neral Home, P.A. in Cam­bridge, with Pas­tor Steve Blood­sworth of­fi­ci­at­ing. Fam­ily will re­ceive friends one hour prior to the service.
