CAM­BRIDGE — Bobby W. Foxwell, 77, of Cam­bridge passed away on Satur­day, Au­gust 13, 2016, at UMSMC at Eas­ton. He was born in Lakesville on Oc­to­ber 9, 1938, and was a son of the late Robert Harry Foxwell and Hazel Amanda Fitzhugh Foxwell.

Mr. Foxwell at­tended schools in South Dorch­ester. On Au­gust 29, 1958, he mar­ried the for­mer Char­lotte Knowles. He was owner/op­er­a­tor of Foxwell’s Land Im­prove­ment. Mr. Foxwell en­joyed fish­ing and hunt­ing.

He is sur­vived by his wife Char­lotte Foxwell of Cam­bridge, three sons Robert Foxwell and wife Amye of East New Mar­ket, Steve Foxwell of Cam­bridge and Brad Foxwell of Cam­bridge, a grand­son Robert Foxwell, Jr. of An­napo­lis, a grand­daugh­ter Christy Foxwell of Cam­bridge, a brother G. Wayne Foxwell and wife Re­becca of Lakesville, and

sev­eral nieces and neph­ews. Be­sides his par­ents, Mr. Foxwell is pre­ceded in death by a brother Glenn Foxwell.

A fu­neral ser­vice will be held on Fri­day, Au­gust 19, 2016, at 1 p.m. at Thomas Fu­neral Home, P.A. in Cam­bridge with Pas­tor Dave Ste­wart of­fi­ci­at­ing. Fam­ily will re­ceive friends one hour prior to the ser­vice. In lieu of flow­ers, me­mo­rial con­tri­bu­tions can be made to St. Paul’s United Methodist Church, 205 Mary­land Ave., Cam­bridge, MD 21613 or to Ch­e­sa­peake Wildlife Her­itage, P.O. Box 1745, Eas­ton, MD 21601.
