CAM­BRIDGE — Deb­o­rah A. Meek, 59, of Cam­bridge, passed away on Mon­day, Aug. 15, 2016, at her home. She was born in Bal­ti­more on April 11, 1957 and was a daugh­ter of the late John Joseph Meek and El­iz­a­beth Vip­per­man Meek.

Deb­o­rah was raised in Pasadena and at­tended North­east High School. She lived in Pasadena for over 30 years. Later, Deb­o­rah moved to Win­gate with

her par­ents un­til her health started to de­cline and moved to Cam­bridge. She en­joyed go­ing to Pleas­ant Day Adult Day Care for the last 12 years.

Deb­o­rah is sur­vived by a sis­ter in law Ch­eryl Mal­lon and hus­band Gary of Pasadena, a niece Donna Wright and hus­band Thomas of Glen Burnie and a great nephew Wil­liam Joseph Wright. Be­sides her par­ents, Deb­o­rah is pre­ceded in death by a brother John

A fu­neral ser­vice will be held at 2:30 p.m. Sun­day, Aug. 21, at Thomas Fu­neral Home, P.A. in Cam­bridge with Pas­tor Ge­orge W. Wheat­ley, Jr. of­fi­ci­at­ing. Fam­ily will re­ceive friends from noon to 2:30 p.m. In lieu of flow­ers, me­mo­rial con­tri­bu­tions can be made in Deb­o­rah’s name to Pleas­ant Day Adult Day Care, 2474 Cam­bridge Belt­way, Cam­bridge, MD 21613.
