WOOL­FORD — Lynne Ann Avella, 54, of Wool­ford, Md., passed away on Dec. 6, 2016, at her home. She was born on June 10, 1962, in Nep­tune, N.J., to Ben­jamin Wil­liam Ad­cock and the late Nancy Pa­tri­cia Van Et­ten Ad­cock.

Mrs. Avella grad­u­ated from Nep­tune High School. She mar­ried Michael S. Avella on April 11, 2007. Mrs. Avella en­joyed shop­ping at thrift stores. She was very cre­ative and en­joyed mak­ing jew­elr y and draw­ing. Mrs. Avella en­joyed par­ty­ing with her friends, and she was al­ways the life of the party. She en­joyed go­ing out on the wa­ter and rid­ing mo­tor­cy­cles. Mrs. Avella also en­joyed camp­ing but es­pe­cially en­joyed va­ca­tion­ing on St. Martin. She was a mem­ber and pre­vi­ous trea­surer of Madi­son United Methodist Church.

Mrs. Avella is sur vived by her hus­band, Michael of Wool­ford; a sis­ter, Cathy Ad­cock of Avon-bythe-Sea, N.J.; a brother, Paul Ad­cock of Bradley Beach, N.J.; her fa­ther, Ben­jamin, and his com­pan­ion Rose­mary of Avon-by-the-Sea, N.J.; step­sons, Michael and Kyle Avella of Bradley Beach, N.J.; an aunt, Joanne Ad­cock of Avon-bythe-Sea, N.J.; a cousin, Carol Coots of Hawthorne, N.J.; her two dogs, Ben­jamin and Heidi; and her cat, Miss Mouser. She is pre­ceded in death by her mother, Nancy Ad­cock.

A memo­rial ser­vice was Mon­day, Dec. 12, at Thomas Fu­neral Home P.A. in Cam­bridge, Md., with Rev. Bob Kirkley of­fi­ci­at­ing. The fam­ily re­ceived friends one hour prior to the ser­vice.
