Salvation Army Adult Bible Class Sundays
The Salvation Army, 200 Washington Street, would like to invite the public to participate in the Adult Bible Class held each Sunday morning at 9:45 a.m. Classes involve singing hymns, prayer and a Bible lesson, often with guest speakers and special music. Coffee and pastries are offered. Children’s classes are also available, and a worship ser vice follows at 11 a.m.
82nd RFC Train Garden Thru Dec. 30
The 82nd annual Rescue Fire Company Christmas Train Garden is open 6 to 9 p.m. Monday through Friday at the old firehouse on Gay Street in Cambridge. This Dorchester holiday tradition also is open 1 to 4 p.m. Saturdays and Sundays in December. Admission is free and refreshments will be sold. Bag Sale until Dec. 23
A. May Thompson Shop at the Eastern Shore Hospital Center will have a $1 bad sale on all used clothing and used household items through Friday, Dec. 23.
