Grilled Beef Kabobs SUMMER RECIPE
Soy Sauce Honey Fresh Ginger (peeled) Sugar Beef (Beef Cubes) Onions Peppers Skewers
Method of Prep:
Take the beef and marinate it in Soy Sauce, Honey, Ginger and sugar over night and soak the skewers in water to prevent them from burning when they go on the grill. The next day take the onions and peppers and cut them into squares. You can place one cube of beef, onion and pepper and repeat until the skewer is full. Grill until desired temperature is reached in the beef. Take the leftover marinade and put it in a pot on medium heat. Reduce heat to 150 degrees to make a glaze for the skewers.
