Soy Sauce Honey Fresh Ginger (peeled) Sugar Beef (Beef Cubes) Onions Pep­pers Skew­ers

Method of Prep:

Take the beef and mar­i­nate it in Soy Sauce, Honey, Ginger and sugar over night and soak the skew­ers in wa­ter to pre­vent them from burn­ing when they go on the grill. The next day take the onions and pep­pers and cut them into squares. You can place one cube of beef, onion and pep­per and re­peat un­til the skewer is full. Grill un­til de­sired tem­per­a­ture is reached in the beef. Take the left­over mari­nade and put it in a pot on medium heat. Re­duce heat to 150 de­grees to make a glaze for the skew­ers.
