MAKES 2 SMOOTHIES
1¼ cups coconut water or water (plus more
as needed) 1 medium red beet (cooked, if using a con
ventional blender), peeled and chopped 1 apple, skin on, cored and chopped ½ small avocado, pitted and peeled ½ lemon, peeled and seeded 1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon, plus more to
taste Pinch cayenne pepper 2 cups frozen strawberries 5 drops alcohol-free liquid stevia (optional)
OPTIONAL ADDITIONS: 1 tablespoon açaí powder 1 teaspoon flaxseed oil 1 teaspoon chia seeds
