Peanut But­ter Swirls

SERVES 8 TO 10

1 box gin­ny­bakes Brownie Mix 1 egg ¼ cup wa­ter 1/3 cup co­conut oil, melted and cooled to

room tem­per­a­ture ½ cup creamy peanut but­ter ½ cup mini cho­co­late chips (nondairy if

pre­ferred)

Pre­heat oven to 350 de­grees and move rack to mid­dle of the oven. Grease a 9x9inch bak­ing dish. Pour dry mix into a mix­ing bowl. Add co­conut oil, egg, and wa­ter, and mix well. Pour ¾ of the brownie bat­ter into the dish and make sure it’s evenly dis­trib­uted. Drop dol­lops of peanut but­ter (about 1 ta­ble­spoon each) on top of the bat­ter, spac­ing about 1 inch apart. Driz­zle re­main­ing bat­ter on top and spread around pan. Gen­tly swirl peanut but­ter into the bat­ter with the end of a uten­sil. Bake in oven for 18 to 20 min­utes. Let cool and serve.
