Preheat oven to 350 degrees and move rack to middle of the oven. Grease a 9x9inch baking dish. Pour dry mix into a mixing bowl. Add coconut oil, egg, and water, and mix well. Pour ¾ of the brownie batter into the dish and make sure it’s evenly distributed. Drop dollops of peanut butter (about 1 tablespoon each) on top of the batter, spacing about 1 inch apart. Drizzle remaining batter on top and spread around pan. Gently swirl peanut butter into the batter with the end of a utensil. Bake in oven for 18 to 20 minutes. Let cool and serve.
