This slightly sweet juice is a nat­u­ral aphro­disiac, aids diges­tion, and helps clear the mind, not to men­tion its anti-in­flam­ma­tory, skin-en­hanc­ing, and me­tab­o­lism-boost­ing abil­i­ties.

SERVES 2

2 hand­fuls blueberries 1 or­ange, peeled 1 ta­ble­spoon chia seeds ½ head broc­coli

OP­TIONAL AD­DI­TIONS: 1 ta­ble­spoon açaí pow­der 1 tea­spoon flaxseed oil 1 tea­spoon chia seeds
