You won’t be­lieve the amount of nu­tri­ents con­tained in this cho­co­late—yes, cho­co­late!—smoothie. From B vi­ta­mins to omega-3s and mag­ne­sium, your mood, en­ergy, and taste­buds will thank you!

SERVES 1

1 cup milk of choice, such as dairy, soy, or flax 1 small ba­nana 1½ tea­spoons co­coa pow­der or nibs 1½ tea­spoons maca pow­der 1 tea­spoon each flaxseeds, chia seeds, and sun

flower seeds 2 ta­ble­spoons rolled oats Honey or agave nec­tar, to taste

Place all in­gre­di­ents in a blender and blend on high speed un­til smooth and creamy, adding more milk if needed to achieve the de­sired con­sis­tency.
