You won’t believe the amount of nutrients contained in this chocolate—yes, chocolate!—smoothie. From B vitamins to omega-3s and magnesium, your mood, energy, and tastebuds will thank you!
1 cup milk of choice, such as dairy, soy, or flax 1 small banana 1½ teaspoons cocoa powder or nibs 1½ teaspoons maca powder 1 teaspoon each flaxseeds, chia seeds, and sun
flower seeds 2 tablespoons rolled oats Honey or agave nectar, to taste
Place all ingredients in a blender and blend on high speed until smooth and creamy, adding more milk if needed to achieve the desired consistency. Taste and add more honey if needed before serving.
