High in vi­ta­min C and fiber, this im­mu­nity blend is an anti-can­cer hero. The an­tho­cyanin pig­ments in black­ber­ries com­bine with the flavonoids in basil for an anti-in­flam­ma­tory punch, pro­tect­ing cells from ox­i­da­tion and chro­mo­somes from ra­di­a­tion. 1 cup co­conut wa­ter or wa­ter, plus more

as needed 1 cup freshly squeezed or­ange juice 3 cups frozen black­ber­ries ½ cup frozen mango ½ cup loosely packed, chopped basil,

plus more to taste

OP­TIONAL AD­DI­TIONS: 1 ta­ble­spoon maqui pow­der ¼ cup frozen raw broc­coli flo­rets 1/8 tea­spoon pure or­ange-blos­som wa­ter

Throw all in­gre­di­ents into your blender and blast on high for 30 to 60 sec­onds, un­til smooth and creamy. Add more co­conut wa­ter as needed to blend. Tweak basil to taste.
