BLACK MAGIC

Eating Naturally - - What To Eat - 28

High in vitamin C and fiber, this immunity blend is an anti-cancer hero. The anthocyanin pigments in blackberries combine with the flavonoids in basil for an anti-inflammatory punch, protecting cells from oxidation and chromosomes from radiation. An antibacterial superstar, basil also eases cramps, bloating, and indigestion. Add the orange-blossom water for a “wow” moment!
