Mildly fla­vored radish tops boast more vi­ta­min C, cal­cium, and protein than their spicy roots! (But if you’re wary, ro­maine or spinach make a great sub­sti­tute.) The im­mune-boost­ing power of the greens and the sweet­ness of ap­ple and mango make for awe­some nu­tri­ent and fla­vor mad­ness!


2 cups co­conut wa­ter or wa­ter 1 ap­ple, skin on, cored and chopped 1 cup lightly packed radish greens or

spinach 1/8 tea­spoon ground cin­na­mon 2 cups frozen mango

OP­TIONAL AD­DI­TIONS: 1 ta­ble­spoon flaxseed oil 1 ta­ble­spoon chia seeds Nat­u­ral sweet­ener
