APPLE AND MANGO MADNESS
Mildly flavored radish tops boast more vitamin C, calcium, and protein than their spicy roots! (But if you’re wary, romaine or spinach make a great substitute.) The immune-boosting power of the greens and the sweetness of apple and mango make for awesome nutrient and flavor madness!
2 cups coconut water or water 1 apple, skin on, cored and chopped 1 cup lightly packed radish greens or
spinach 1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon 2 cups frozen mango
OPTIONAL ADDITIONS: 1 tablespoon flaxseed oil 1 tablespoon chia seeds Natural sweetener
