SERVES 2

1 leek ½ cu­cum­ber ½ av­o­cado 5 radishes 1 clove gar­lic ½ lemon, peeled Sliced jalapeño (op­tional)

Blend the in­gre­di­ents with 1/3 cup of wa­ter. If you like a bit of spice, add a few slices of jalapeño. Add more wa­ter to reach your de­sired con­sis­tency, then drink.
