Larkin M. Wilson and Mary Kathleen Gallivan's engagement
Dr. and Mrs. Larkin M. Wilson III, of El Dorado, are proud to announce the engagement of their son, Larkin M. Wilson IV, of Arlington, Virginia, to Mary Kathleen Gallivan, also of Arlington.
The bride-to-be is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Richard Gallivan of Fairfax, Virginia. She attended Fairfax High School where she graduated in 2004. She continued her education and received her bachelor’s degree in communication at Boston College in 2008 and then her master’s of teaching at the University of Virginia in 2012. She is a fifth grade teacher at St. Veronica Catholic School.
The prospective groom graduated from El Dorado High School in 2006, then received his bachelor’s degree in accounting and business administration from Washington and Lee University in 2010. He continued on to receive a master’s in accounting from the University of Arkansas. He is the vice president of Commercial Banking at United Bank.
The couple will be united in holy matrimony on Oct.14 at St. Charles Borromeo Catholic Church in Arlington.
