Free workshop for caregivers of people with dementia to be held July 28

Anyone caring for a loved one with dementia, is invited to attend a four-hour family caregiver workshop.

The workshop will be held from 10 a.m. until 2 p.m. July 28 at UAMS South Arkansas Center on Aging, 106 W. Main Street, Suite 310, El Dorado Armstrong Building, third floor.

Topics will include: The Alzheimer’s Experience: Take a Walk in Their Shoes, Dementia & Delirium Overview, Communication & Behavior Techniques, Hospice Care with LifeTouch Hospice, Long Term Care Options with Timberlane Health & Rehab.
