HEAT to be presented Tuesday

The South Arkansas Center on Aging, a program of the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences (UAMS) in partnership with HealthWorks, the Medical Center of South Arkansas and SouthArk will present HEAT (Healthy Eating and Tasting) at 11:30 a.m. Tuesday at HealthWorks Fitness Center.

Michael Rice with Fayrays will demonstrate creative ways to make a healthy burger.

This program is free to seniors and a light lunch will be served. Reservations are required and must be received by noon Monday.
