As these pho­tos show, the teeth on the left side of Lex­ing­ton’s skull form a clas­sic “wave mouth” with a prom­i­nent salient struc­tured by the in­fe­rior fourth pre­mo­lar and first mo­lar which be­came so pro­tu­ber­ant that they have beaten out the op­pos­ing teeth and gouged the gums above.
