Farmington Methodist Women Seeking Crafters For Boutique
Farmington United Methodist Women will host a Crafters Boutique and Luncheon on Saturday, Oct. 17 from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Farmington Church Grounds on Elm Street.
This is an opportunity for crafters to sell their handcrafted specialty creations, in addition to craft items made by church members, bakery selections and other sale items. A lunch will also be served.
Table charge for those crafters wishing to be a part of the event is $25, which includes a six-foot table and chairs. The tables will be assigned in the order the applications are received. Crafters are required to stay at the event until 2 p.m. unless they sell out their inventory.
Deadline to register for a spot in the craft boutique is Tuesday, Oct. 6. For more information, contact Susie Bakewell at 209-603-3668.
The day of the event, crafts will need to in place no later than 8:30 a.m. and the rooms at the church will be open to set up beginning at 7 a.m. that day. For those needing to, special arrangements can be made to set up on Friday, Oct. 16.
Crafters signing up to participate cannot sell any commercial items.
The boutique itself will be set up at the church, 25626 E. Elm St., Farmington and homemade soup and pie will be available for sale throughout the day and there will also be a drawing for a handmade quilt.
