Spiced-Cranberry Apple Strudel

3 medium apples, peeled, cored and thinly sliced

1⁄4 cup dried cranberrie­s

2 tsp. sugar substitute, like Monk Fruit in the Raw 1 tsp. ground cinnamon

2 tsp. orange zest

4 phyllo pastry sheets Heat oven to 350°F. Line and grease baking sheet. In bowl, mix first 5 ingredient­s. Set aside. Roll out 1 sheet phyllo on baking sheet; coat with cooking spray. Repeat with remaining sheets, stacking each layer after coating with cooking spray. Spread apple mixture lengthwise down center of pastry. Fold dough over filling, tucking in ends and rolling to secure. Bake 20 min. or until golden.
