To rev recall: Talk with your hands

First For Women - - Health -

For an instant memory boost, gesture while you speak. University of Chicago research reveals that people who do so remember 35 percent more about a conversation than those who keep their hands still. The researchers say the motion seems to activate the hippocampus—the brain’s key memory center. Tip: For a long-term leg up, consider supplementing with Natrol Cognium ($19 for 60 tablets,—it contains BF-7, a protein shown to enhance recall by 90 percent.
