You spent much of your week­end knit­ting a blan­ket for your niece’s new baby, and now your wrists ache from the repet­i­tive move­ment. To feel bet­ter, try this stretch: Hold your right arm out, palm fac­ing down. With your left hand, gen­tly press down on the top of your right hand so your palm is fac­ing your chest. Hold for 15 sec­onds. Re­peat 4 times, then switch hands. This se­quence stretches the ex­ten­sor mus­cles in the wrist to ease pain.
