15-second cure for wrist pain
You spent much of your weekend knitting a blanket for your niece’s new baby, and now your wrists ache from the repetitive movement. To feel better, try this stretch: Hold your right arm out, palm facing down. With your left hand, gently press down on the top of your right hand so your palm is facing your chest. Hold for 15 seconds. Repeat 4 times, then switch hands. This sequence stretches the extensor muscles in the wrist to ease pain.
