Green Bean, Tomato and Onion Sauté

We used herbes de Provence to give this elegant side a subtle earthiness, but dried rosemary will work too 2 onions, thinly sliced

1 Tbs. olive oil

1 (14.5 oz.) can diced tomatoes 1 tsp. herbes de Provence

1 lb. green beans, trimmed 1 In skillet over medium heat, cook onions in oil 20 min. or until caramelize­d. Add tomatoes and herbes de Provence; let simmer 10 min. Add green beans; cook 10 min. more.
