Bacon-Kissed Three- Cheese Macaroni

Our crispy bacon-panko topping takes this creamy comfort-food favorite to new heights
12 oz. dried macaroni
1⁄2 stick butter
1⁄4 cup flour
3 cups milk
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1⁄2 cup shredded Gruyère cheese 9 slices cooked bacon, crumbled 1⁄2 cup panko bread crumbs
1 Heat oven to 400°F. Cook macaroni as package directs; drain. Coat 9" x 13" casserole dish with cooking spray.
2 In large pot over medium heat, melt butter; whisk in flour. Add milk; let simmer 10 min., whisking often. Stir in cheeses; fold in macaroni. Pour into prepared dish; sprinkle top with bacon and bread crumbs. Bake 15 min.
Prefer to make in a slow cooker? Coat inside of slow cooker with cooking spray. Add dry macaroni, butter, flour, milk, 3 cheeses and 1 (12 oz.) can evaporated milk; stir. Cover; cook on low 3 hrs. Sprinkle with bread crumbs and cooked bacon before serving.
