Roasted Caulif lower with Cheesy Thyme Crumbs

2 heads cauliflower, cut into florets 3 Tbs. olive oil
1⁄2 cup shredded cheddar cheese 1⁄2 cup bread crumbs
1 Tbs. minced fresh thyme In-season cauliflower gets a touch of holiday decadence from our cheesy bread-crumb topping
1 Heat oven to 400°F. On sheet pan, toss cauliflower, olive oil and salt and pepper to taste until well-coated. Roast 30 min. or until edges are crisp and browned, stirring several times.
