Roasted Caulif lower with Cheesy Thyme Crumbs

2 heads cau­li­flower, cut into flo­rets 3 Tbs. olive oil

1⁄2 cup shred­ded ched­dar cheese 1⁄2 cup bread crumbs

1 Tbs. minced fresh thyme In-sea­son cau­li­flower gets a touch of hol­i­day deca­dence from our cheesy bread-crumb top­ping

1 Heat oven to 400°F. On sheet pan, toss cau­li­flower, olive oil and salt and pep­per to taste un­til well-coated. Roast 30 min. or un­til edges are crisp and browned, stir­ring sev­eral times.
