“I love tele­vi­sion,” ad­mits Sara. “For me, the best way to re­lieve stress and pam­per my­self is to give my­self a lit­tle bit of alone time to binge-watch a TV show. It gets my mind off of what­ever is stress­ful. Even if I can’t do it alone, I love to sit and watch TV with my kids.” What’s on her DVR: “With the fam­ily, we love Mod­ern Fam­ily and The Of­fice. When I’m alone, I like drama se­ries like Blood­line, Broad­church, Ray Dono­van, The Af­fair and Bil­lions.”
