TO DO: di­lute 3 drops of grape­fruit es­sen­tial oil (it helps dis­pel trapped tox­ins) in

2 tsp. of olive oil (it pre­vents ir­ri­ta­tion); ap­ply to the bris­tles of a dry brush

(like EcoTools Bris­tle Bath Brush, EcoTools.com). Start­ing at the lower back, brush the mix­ture on us­ing up­ward strokes to­ward the neck for 2 min­utes. Re­peat twice a week for re­sults in four weeks.
