Blend the fol­low­ing un­til smooth: 2 cups mango, 1 ba­nana and

1 cup wa­ter. If you like, add any (or all) of these: 2 cups spinach, 1⁄2 cup arugula,

1⁄2" peeled ginger,

1 orange (juiced),

1⁄2 cup cilantro, 1⁄2 cup rasp­ber­ries. En­joy.
