Who says you can’t lose weight during the holidays? Here, some of our party favorites reimagined with fewer carbs and plenty of healthy fats for decadent, slimming celebrator­y fare:

Antipasto Skewers: Thread 12 each Kalamata olives, slices thickcut salami, pimento-stuffed green olives, marinated baby mozzarella balls, thick-cut summer sausage and grape tomatoes onto 7" wooden or bamboo skewers. Drizzle with olive oil and balsamic vinegar or pesto. Serves 12

Cobb Salad Deviled Eggs: Start with 12 hardboiled eggs, peeled and cut in half. In a bowl, combine yolks with 1⁄4 cup mayonnaise, 2 tsp. red wine vinegar, half a small avocado and a pinch of salt. Fill egg white halves with yolk mixture. Sprinkle with diced bacon or ham or crumbled blue cheese. Serves 6

Tapas Spread: In a food processor, add 1⁄2 cup pitted Kalamata olives, 1⁄2 cup green olives, 1⁄4 cup chopped sundried tomatoes, 2 medium canned anchovies, 1 tsp. minced garlic, 2 Tbs. lemon juice, 1 Tbs. chopped parsley, salt and pepper to taste and pulse 1–2 min. Add 1⁄4 cup olive oil and 1 Tbs. sugar-free pancake syrup. Pulse 1 more min. until creamy. Serve with
