1 matcha green tea bag, such as Lipton
2 tsp. magnesium powder
1 sprig fresh mint 1 thin slice ginger
Pour 1 cup boiling water over all ingredients; let steep 3 min. Remove ginger. If desired, sweeten to taste with agave syrup.
