B.S., u. of texas-austin ’84 The ap­pro­pri­ately named Bev­eridge is the man be­hind a very pop­u­lar bev­er­age: Tito’s Hand­made Vodka, which sold an es­ti­mated 45 mil­lion bot­tles last year. Be­fore get­ting into the booze busi­ness, Bev­eridge, whose nick­name is Tito, stud­ied ge­ol­ogy and geo­physics at the Univer­sity of Texas at Austin and worked in oil and gas. In 1997 he launched Tito’s us­ing $90,000 racked up on 19 credit cards.
