Sus­pi­cious per­son: June 29, 12:31 a.m., Boat­yard Drive, a re­port of a fe­male yelling in the area. The sub­ject was gone upon po­lice ar­rival.

Sus­pi­cious per­son: June 29, 2:52 p.m., 1000 block of South Main Street, a male sub­ject wear­ing a grey shirt and mak­ing vi­o­lent state­ments. The sub­ject was con­tacted and trans­ported to Coast Hospi­tal for a vol­un­tary 5150 hold.

Shoplifter: June 29, 3:27 p.m., 100 block of West Elm Street, a re­port of a male sub­ject shoplift­ing a ban­dana from the lo­ca­tion. There was no de­sired pros­e­cu­tion and the sub­ject was gone upon po­lice ar­rival.

Theft: June 30, 4:41 p.m., 500 block of East Lau­rel Street, an in­di­vid­ual re­ports stolen items from an un­lock ve­hi­cle at the lo­ca­tion. No sus­pect iden­ti­fied. Tres­pass: June 30, 6:15 p.m., 100 block of Boat­yard Drive, a re­port of an un­wanted sub­ject wear­ing a camo jacket with a hood and pants. The sub­ject left the lo­ca­tion and last seen headed to­wards Har­vest Mar­ket. The sub­ject was gone upon po­lice ar­rival.

Sus­pi­cious per­son: June 30, 8:50 p.m., Wal­nut/ Franklin Street, Jonathon Sanchez of Oak­land was cited for pos­ses­sion of drug para­pher­na­lia. He was re­leased.

3:00 p.m., 400 block of Franklin Street, a male sub­ject caus­ing a dis­tur­bance in the re­stroom and re­fused to leave. The sub­ject was con­tacted and left upon the of­fi­cer’s re­quest.

9:06 p.m., 400 block of Franklin Street, a male sub­ject was cited lay­ing in the mid­dle of the street. Andy May­nard of Fort Bragg was ar­rested, trans­ported and booked into jail for al­leged pub­lic in­tox­i­ca­tion and pro­ba­tion vi­o­la­tion. Theft: July 2, 8:03 p.m., 8:03 a.m., 100 block of South Main Street, a re­port­ing party re­quested to speak to an of­fi­cer re­gard­ing theft of lum­ber from the lo­ca­tion with a pos­si­ble sub­ject. The re­port was taken.

Sus­pi­cious cir­cum­stances: July 2, 11:55 p.m., 100 block of Boat­yard Drive, a re­port of sus­pi­cious cir­cum­stances. The sub­ject was coun­seled on be­hav­ior and left the lo­ca­tion. 2:26 p.m., 1000 block of South Main Street, Scott Chap­man

48, of Fort Bragg was cited and re­leased for MCSO war­rants. Sus­pi­cious cir­cum­stances: July 3, 3:47 p.m., 100 block of Boat­yard Drive, re­port­ing party re­quested to speak to an of­fice about a fe­male who stole items from the lo­ca­tion then re­turned the items and left the lo­ca­tion. As­sault/Bat­tery: July 3,

11:24 p.m., 300 block of East Red­wood Av­enue, Anne Mar­garet O’Con­nor, 49, of Fort Bragg was ar­rested, trans­ported and booked into jail for al­leged bat­tery against per­son de­fen­dant had do­mes­tic with, as­sault with deadly weapon, bat­tery and dam­aged wire­less com­mu­ni­ca­tion de­vice.

Sus­pi­cious cir­cum­stances: July 4, 10:31 a.m., 400 block of South Main Street, a male ask­ing in­di­vid­u­als if they want to buy any Ama­zon pack­ages from the back of his truck. The sub­ject was con­tacted.

Sus­pi­cious cir­cum­stances: July 4, 12:26 p.m., 300 block of Wal­nut Street, a male at­tempted to steal a bike. He was con­tacted and coun­seled.

1:22 p.m., 200 block of Cy­press Street, Jus­tine Norton was cited and re­leased for as­sault with al­leged as­sault with a deadly weapon that’s not a fire arm, will­fully in­flicts cor­po­ral in­jury and hit and run.

Sus­pi­cious cir­cum­stances: July 4, 5:20 p.m., 500 block of Whip­ple Street, a male was re­ported driv­ing a dirt bike on on the side­walk while drag­ging his dog on a leash. James Gole­man of Fort Bragg was cited and re­leased for a MCSO war­rant. Sus­pi­cious per­son: July 5, 5:58 p.m., 300 block of Wal­nut Street, a male was caus­ing a dis­tur­bance across from the lo­ca­tion. He was con­tacted by an of­fi­cer and left the area upon re­quest. Sus­pi­cious cir­cum­stances: July 5, 2:38 p.m., 100 block of Red­wood Av­enue, re­port­ing party called about a sus­pi­cious grey Nis­san Util­ity with Florida plates in the area. The ve­hi­cle was gone upon po­lice ar­rival.

11:31 p.m., 100 block of Boat­yard Drive, Wil­liam An­der­son, of Whitethorn, was cited and re­leased for an al­leged MCSO war­rant.

Sus­pi­cious per­son: July 5, 12:12 a.m., 200 block of Wast Lau­rel Street, Christina Ma­jo­rana, of Fort Bragg, was cited and re­leased for al­leged tres­pass­ing.

July 1: An­drew Thomas May­nard, 41, of Fort Bragg, was ar­rested, trans­ported and booked into jail on al­leged mis­de­meanor charges of dis­or­derly con­duct with al­co­hol and pro­ba­tion vi­o­la­tion. He was re­leased on July 2.

July 1: Matthew Lee Rus­sell,

38, Fort Bragg, was ar­rested, trans­ported and booked into jail on al­leged mis­de­meanor charges of stalk­ing and threat­en­ing bod­ily in­jury and an al­leged felony charge of van­dal­ism. Bond to­taled $5,000; he re­mains in cus­tody.

July 1: El­iz­a­beth Jo Vance, 57, of Fort Bragg, was ar­rested, trans­ported and booked into jail on al­leged mis­de­meanor charges of DUI with al­co­hol, DUI with blood al­co­hol con­tent at 0.08 per­cent and re­sist­ing an of­fi­cer. Bond to­taled $5,000; she was re­leased on July 2.

July 2: Luis Me­d­ina Pineda, 27, of Fort Bragg, was ar­rested, trans­ported and booked into jail on an al­leged mis­de­meanor charge of be­ing un­der the in­flu­ence of a con­trolled sub­stance and al­leged felony charges of pos­ses­sion of ammo by pro­hib­ited per­son and pro­ba­tion vi­o­la­tion. He was re­leased on July 2. July 2: Monique Marie Val­ador, 30, of Fort Bragg, was ar­rested, trans­ported and booked into jail on two mis­de­meanor charges of al­leged pos­ses­sion of con­trolled sub­stance and a felony charge of al­leged pro­ba­tion vi­o­la­tion. She was re­leased on July 2.

July 2: Christophe­r Shane Wal­raven, 47, of Gualala, was ar­rested, trans­ported and booked into jail on an al­leged felony charge of in­flict­ing cor­po­ral in­jury on spouse. Bond to­taled $25,000; he still re­mains in cus­tody.

July 3: Sean Leigh Flin­ton, 39, of Fort Bragg, was ar­rested, trans­ported and booked into jail on al­leged mis­de­meanor charges of dis­or­derly con­duct with al­co­hol and pro­ba­tion vi­o­la­tion. He was re­leased on July 4.

July 4: Jesse Cole Moon, 34, of Fort Bragg, was ar­rested, trans­ported and booked into jail on al­leged mis­de­meanor charges of dis­or­derly con­duct with al­co­hol and pro­ba­tion vi­o­la­tion. He was re­leased July 5.

July 4: Anne Mar­garet O’Con­nor, 49, of Fort Bragg, was ar­rested, trans­ported and booked into jail on al­leged mis­de­meanor charges of bat­tery against a do­mes­tic part­ner, bat­tery, dam­ag­ing any wire­less com­mu­ni­ca­tion de­vice and a felony charge of as­sault with a deadly weapon. Bond to­taled $25,000; she still re­mains in cus­tody.

July 5: Justin Set­tles, 36, of Fort Bragg, was ar­rested, trans­ported and booked into jail on al­leged mis­de­meanor charges of pro­tec­tive or­der vi­o­la­tion and pos­ses­sion of drug para­pher­na­lia. Bond to­taled $10,000; he still re­mains in cus­tody.
