We have taken ideas from the best bak­eries in the world, suc­cess­ful na­tional restau­rants, small well-run busi­nesses. There were Mon­tre­al­style bagels. But we brought cream cheeses, baked goods and sand­wiches 24/7 and 365 days a year. Crusty out­side, chewy in­side, slightly sweet. Proper flour, high in pro­tein for crunch and chewi­ness.
