Af­ter leav­ing New Eng­land years ago, one of the things I missed the most was its beer. I spent four years in Florida where, at the time, the best mi­cro brew­ery was Cigar City brew­ing (known for their Jai Alai IPA). When I re­turned to New Eng­land I was de­lighted to find a mul­ti­tude of mi­cro brew­eries had popped up: Tril­lium, Thim­ble Is­land, and Kent Falls to name a few.

If you drink beer, then you must have heard about the IPA frenzy; you ei­ther love it or hate it. Maine Beer’s Lunch and Din­ner are some of the most sought af­ter IPA’s in the North­east and in the United States. Here is my com­pre­hen­sive road trip of go-tos on the way to Maine Beer.
