brings to­gether food writers and artists to ex­plore the ways that food and eat­ing trans­late across gen­res. Panel par­tic­i­pants will speak about their work in re­la­tion to the themes in the

new­est ex­hi­bi­tion, and ex­pand the scope of those themes be­yond vis­ual art to in­clude text nar­ra­tive, re­port­ing and schol­arly in­ves­ti­ga­tions.
