SCOUT­ING RE­PORT

Scout­ing White­hall: Zach­ery Gil­bert throws the ball around and has more than 2,000 yards with 26 touch­downs. Six of his top re­ceivers have at least 10 catches with Des­mond Boykin lead­ing the way with 68 catches for 1,065 yards. White­hall’s two losses came against Park­land, which is in the Dis­trict 11 Class 6A fi­nal, and Bethlehem Catholic, which is the Dis­trict 11 Class 4A cham­pion.

Scout­ing Abing­ton Heights: Played prob­a­bly its most com­plete game of the sea­son last week against Val­ley West. The de­fense lim­ited the Spar­tans’ high­pow­ered of­fense to 278 to­tal yards, while cre­at­ing four turnovers. Line­backer Owen Hivner had 13 tack­les, while Colin McCreary added eight tack­les.
