The story behind the cover photography
I don’t know anything about this man. I don’t know his name, I don’t know his age, his nationality or his story. I just feel he is a good father and a honorable man living in the United States of America. I met him when he was working on a ranch, in charge of the horses. I talked to him and requested permission to take a portrait. He did not understood, and his teenage son - who was working with him - translated for me and asked in Spanish to his father. He smiled and said yes. One of the missions of a journalist is to feel emotions. I distinctively felt that this teenager was very proud of his father.
