coconut • 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour 9-inch pie shell, unbaked
Heat oven to 350° F. In a large bowl, beat eggs until foamy. Gradually add sugar, mix with eggs. Add corn syrup, butter and vanilla, then mix. Add combined oats, coconut and flour; mix well. Pour into pie shell. Bake 40–45 minutes or until center is set. (Center should be firm when touched lightly with finger). Cool completely on a wire rack before you eat your slice!
