Disorderly conduct … Robert Naudascher, 59, of Spear Avenue, Glenside, was charged with disorderly conduct after he got in an altercation with a patron at Leary’s Tavern, located on the 1100 block of Easton Road, police said. Naudascher left the bar and returned with a baseball bat, police said. A bar employee tried to stop Naudascher from coming back into the bar and Naudascher began to struggle with the employee, police said. Retail theft … Diana Nguyen, 23, of Pearl Street, Philadelphia, and Lisa Nguyen, 18, of Keswick Avenue, Glenside, were cited with retail theft Aug. 11 after the security guard at the Macy’s in the Willow Grove Park mall observed them conceal $360 worth of merchandise in their handbags, police said.
Possession … Luis Rodriquez, 23, of North Front Street, Philadelphia, was charged with possession of a small amount of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia May 2 after police stopped a vehicle on the 1800 block of Old York Road at 3:05 a.m. for driving with an expired registration, police said. Robbery … James O. Wilson, 32, of Park Avenue, Willow Grove, was charged with robbery, simple assault and terroristic threats July 23 after he attempted to rob two victims on the 2600 block of Moreland Road by the Kmart at the Willow Grove Park mall at 1:50 a.m., police said. Wilson followed the victims and demanded that they empty their pockets, police said. The victims said they did not have any money, but would to go to the Wawa located on the 400 block of West Moreland Road and take money out of their accounts, police said. The victims called the police and Wilson was detained by authorities on the 200 block of West Moreland Road, police said.
Possession … John Rocco, 23, of Fulmer Street, Philadelphia, was charged with possession of a small amount of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and the manufacturing, delivering and possession of a controlled substance July 25 after his vehicle was stopped on Maple and Meyer avenues at 2:53 p.m. for failing to stop at a stop sign and for not wearing a seat belt, SROLFH sDLG. 3ROLFH FRnfisFDWed a plastic cup and a plastic bag that contained a green, leafy botanical substance, an empty mason jar, 14 plastic cups, six plastic lids, a box of plastic bags and a glass pipe from his vehicle, police said. Rocco admitted to selling marijuana, police said. The botanical material was sent to labs for further tests and lab results are pending, police said.
Possession … Gregory Pileggi, 2T, of Eastview Drive, Glenside, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and disorderly conduct July 2T after police stopped the vehicle he was the passenger in on Limekiln Pike and Ruscombe Avenue for not having a functioning driver’s side break light, poOLFH sDLG. 3ROLFH FRnfisFDWHG a hypodermic needle and a marijuana pipe from his person, police said.

Terroristic threats … Stephen E. Carlson, 43, of Jackson Avenue, Ardsley, was charged with terroristic threats, simple assault, harassment, disorderly conduct and possession of a small amount of marijuana July 30 after he was observed wandering through Hillside Cemetery in the 2500 block of Susquehanna Road by a cemetery employee, police said. Carlson approached the employee who was in a vehicle and began yelling at him and reached into the vehicle and poked his shoulder and chest in a threatening manner, police said. Police later observed Carlson stumbling out the cemetery and took him into custody, poOLFH sDLG. 3ROLFH FRnfisFDWHG a small amount of marijuana from his person, police said.

The manager of the store observed Dillon walking around with a green shopping bag that was full, police said. Dillon attempted to leave the store, but the store’s alarm sounded, police said.
