Dis­or­derly con­duct … Robert Nau­dascher, 59, of Spear Av­enue, Glen­side, was charged with dis­or­derly con­duct af­ter he got in an al­ter­ca­tion with a pa­tron at Leary’s Tav­ern, lo­cated on the 1100 block of Eas­ton Road, po­lice said. Nau­dascher left the bar and re­turned with a base­ball bat, po­lice said. A bar em­ployee tried to stop Nau­dascher from com­ing back into the bar and Nau­dascher be­gan to strug­gle with the em­ployee, po­lice said. An off-duty of­fiFHU REsHUYHG WKH RUGHDO DnG stepped in be­fore any­one was harmed, po­lice said.

Re­tail theft … Diana Nguyen, 23, of Pearl Street, Philadel­phia, and Lisa Nguyen, 18, of Keswick Av­enue, Glen­side, were cited with re­tail theft Aug. 11 af­ter the se­cu­rity guard at the Macy’s in the Wil­low Grove Park mall ob­served them con­ceal $360 worth of mer­chan­dise in their hand­bags, po­lice said.

Pos­ses­sion … Luis Ro­driquez, 23, of North Front Street, Philadel­phia, was charged with pos­ses­sion of a small amount of marijuana and pos­ses­sion of drug para­pher­na­lia May 2 af­ter po­lice stopped a ve­hi­cle on the 1800 block of Old York Road at 3:05 a.m. for driv­ing with an ex­pired reg­is­tra­tion, po­lice said. Ro­driquez pro­vided po­lice with a nonGULYHUs LGHnWL­fiFDWLRns FDUG, be­cause his li­cense was sus­pended due to a prior in­fringe­ment, po­lice said. Barnes, 33, of Raab Street, Wil­low Grove, was charged with GULYLnJ unGHU WKH Ln­flu­ence and pos­ses­sion of drug para­pher­na­lia June 30 af­ter po­lice stopped a ve­hi­cle Rn EDsWRn DnG BUDG­fiHOG roads at 1:2T p.m. for cross­ing over the dou­ble yel­low lines on the road­way and for driv­ing at a high speed in a 25 mph zone, po­lice said. BDUnHs IDLOHG fiHOG sREULHWy tests and was trans­ported to Holy Redeemer Hospi­tal for test­ing, po­lice said. Lab re­sults showed his BAC was 0.10 per­cent, po­lice said.

DUI … Christina Pomeisl, 2T, of Knox Court, Hol­land, was charged with GULYLnJ unGHU WKH Ln­fluHnFH July T af­ter her ve­hi­cle was stopped at a DUI check­point on the T00 block of Hunt­ing­don Pike at 12: 29 a.m., po­lice said. Po­lice de­tected the odor of al­co­hol on Pomeisl breath, po­lice said. Pomeisl ad­mit­ted to hav­ing two beers ear­lier in the evening, po­lice sDLG. 6KH IDLOHG fiHOG sREULety tests and was trans­ported to Fas­track for fur­ther test­ing, po­lice said. Lab re­sults showed her BAC was 0.103 per­cent, po­lice said.

DUI … Alexan­dra Kap­nek, 23, of Sig­nal Hill Road, Dresher, was charged with GULYLnJ unGHU WKH Ln­fluHnFH and a con­trolled sub­stance, and care­less driv­ing July 8 af­ter po­lice stopped her ve­hi­cle on North Hills Av­enue and Limekiln Pike at 1:35 a.m. for mak­ing an il­le­gal left turn on a red traf­fiF OLJKW, SROLFH sDLG. .DSnHN IDLOHG fiHOG sREULHWy WHsWs DnG was trans­ported to Holy Redeemer Hospi­tal for fur­ther test­ing, po­lice said. Lab re­sults showed that her BAC was 0.14T per­cent, po­lice said.

Rob­bery … James O. Wil­son, 32, of Park Av­enue, Wil­low Grove, was charged with rob­bery, sim­ple as­sault and ter­ror­is­tic threats July 23 af­ter he at­tempted to rob two vic­tims on the 2600 block of More­land Road by the Kmart at the Wil­low Grove Park mall at 1:50 a.m., po­lice said. Wil­son fol­lowed the vic­tims and de­manded that they empty their pock­ets, po­lice said. The vic­tims said they did not have any money, but would to go to the Wawa lo­cated on the 400 block of West More­land Road and take money out of their ac­counts, po­lice said. The vic­tims called the po­lice and Wil­son was de­tained by au­thor­i­ties on the 200 block of West More­land Road, po­lice said.

Pos­ses­sion … John Rocco, 23, of Ful­mer Street, Philadel­phia, was charged with pos­ses­sion of a small amount of marijuana, pos­ses­sion of drug para­pher­na­lia and the man­u­fac­tur­ing, de­liv­er­ing and pos­ses­sion of a con­trolled sub­stance July 25 af­ter his ve­hi­cle was stopped on Maple and Meyer av­enues at 2:53 p.m. for fail­ing to stop at a stop sign and for not wear­ing a seat belt, SROLFH sDLG. 3ROLFH FRn­fisFDWed a plas­tic cup and a plas­tic bag that con­tained a green, leafy botan­i­cal sub­stance, an empty ma­son jar, 14 plas­tic cups, six plas­tic lids, a box of plas­tic bags and a glass pipe from his ve­hi­cle, po­lice said. Rocco ad­mit­ted to sell­ing marijuana, po­lice said. The botan­i­cal ma­te­rial was sent to labs for fur­ther tests and lab re­sults are pend­ing, po­lice said.

Pos­ses­sion … Gre­gory Pi­leggi, 2T, of Eastview Drive, Glen­side, was charged with pos­ses­sion of drug para­pher­na­lia and dis­or­derly con­duct July 2T af­ter po­lice stopped the ve­hi­cle he was the pas­sen­ger in on Limekiln Pike and Rus­combe Av­enue for not hav­ing a func­tion­ing driver’s side break light, poOLFH sDLG. 3ROLFH FRn­fisFDWHG a hy­po­der­mic nee­dle and a marijuana pipe from his per­son, po­lice said.

McCray, 23, of North 11th Street, Philadel­phia, was charged with re­tail theft, re­ceiv­ing stolen prop­erty, bad checks and theft by de­cep­tion July 30 af­ter a loss SUHYHnWLRn RI­fiFHU DW WKH Kmart at the Wil­low Grove Park mall ob­served her se­lect mer­chan­dise and con­ceal it in her purse at 8:06 S.P., SROLFH sDLG. 7KH RI­fiFHU also ob­served her se­lect a tele­vi­sion, place it in a cart and pay for it us­ing a false FKHFN DnG IDOsH LGHnWL­fiFD­tion, po­lice said. McCray wDs sWRSSHG Ey WKH RI­fiFHU wKR FRn­fisFDWHG DOO RI WKH mer­chan­dise, po­lice said. McCray at­tempted to steal $40T.13 worth of mer­chan­dise, po­lice said.

Ter­ror­is­tic threats … Stephen E. Carl­son, 43, of Jack­son Av­enue, Ard­s­ley, was charged with ter­ror­is­tic threats, sim­ple as­sault, harass­ment, dis­or­derly con­duct and pos­ses­sion of a small amount of marijuana July 30 af­ter he was ob­served wan­der­ing through Hill­side Ceme­tery in the 2500 block of Susque­hanna Road by a ceme­tery em­ployee, po­lice said. Carl­son ap­proached the em­ployee who was in a ve­hi­cle and be­gan yelling at him and reached into the ve­hi­cle and poked his shoul­der and chest in a threat­en­ing man­ner, po­lice said. Po­lice later ob­served Carl­son stum­bling out the ceme­tery and took him into cus­tody, poOLFH sDLG. 3ROLFH FRn­fisFDWHG a small amount of marijuana from his per­son, po­lice said.

Re­tail theft … Glo­ria Dillon, 45, of New­town Av­enue, Philadel­phia, was charged with re­tail theft and re­ceiv­ing stolen prop­erty July 28 af­ter she at­tempted steal form the Rite Aid on the 1300 block of Eas­ton Road at 12 a.m., po­lice said. The man­ager of the store ob­served Dillon walk­ing around with a green shop­ping bag that was full, po­lice said. Dillon at­tempted to leave the store, but the store’s alarm sounded, po­lice said. She handed the EDJ WR WKH PDnJHU DnG flHG the store and headed south on Eas­ton Road and was de­tained by au­thor­i­ties, po­lice said.
