Pub­lic drunk­en­ness … Richard O’Bryan, 2T, of the 2000 block of North John Rus­sell Circle, Elkins Park, was charged with pub­lic drunk­en­ness at 4:3T a.m. $uJ. 13 DIWHU RI­fiFHUs UHspond­ing to a call found him in­tox­i­cated, yelling out­side his home, po­lice said.

Re­tail theft … Michael J. Hunt, 31, of the 4600 block of Magee Av­enue, Philadel­phia, was charged with re­tail theft Aug. 13 af­ter tak­ing $159.8T worth of goods from Home De­pot at the Chel­tenham Square Mall around 3:50 p.m., po­lice said.

War­rant … Lu­cious Dick­son, 45, of the 200 block of Church Road, Elkins Park, was taken into cus­tody at T:42 p.m. Aug. 13 in the 100 block of West Chel­tenham Av­enue on an out­stand­ing Philadel­phia war­rant, po­lice said.

FliP-flDP … A vic­tim re­ported at 8:30 p.m. Aug. 13 buy­ing an iPhone 4 for $1T0 at the Chel­tenham Square Mall from a per­son met on craigslist.com and when the vic­tim tried to ac­ti­vate the phone, it was locked out for be­ing re­ported lost or stolen, po­lice said.

Hit-and-run … A ve­hi­cle parked in the 400 block of Twick­en­ham Road, Glen­side, was struck and signL­fiFDnWOy GDPDJHG Ey Dn un­known ve­hi­cle be­tween 2 and T a.m. Aug. 14, po­lice said. Part of the front bumper from the strik­ing ve­hi­cle left at the scene ap­peared to be from a black Pon­tiac Grand Prix, po­lice said.

Rob­bery … A boy skate­board­ing at Wall Park, 600 Church Road, Elkins Park, around T:40 a.m. Aug. 14 was ap­proached by two males who punched him in the face and then held his arms be­hind his back while steal­ing his cell­phone, po­lice said. The two left on moun­tain bikes, one red and one blue, po­lice said.

Re­tail theft … Ken­neth Wil­liams, 46, of East Mount Pleas­ant Av­enue, Philadel­phia, was cited for re­tail theft Aug. 14 af­ter tak­ing

$146.86 in goods from Path­mark, 1000 S. Eas­ton Road, around 1:05 p.m., po­lice said.

Fraud … A res­i­dent re­ported Aug. 14 that $386.53 in fraud­u­lent charges were made to the vic­tim’s credit card, po­lice said.

Re­tail theft … Kiara Robin­son, 23, of the 2100 block of West Godfrey Av­enue, Philadel­phia, was cited for re­tail theft at 3:18 p.m. Aug. 14 af­ter tak­ing $53.42 in mer­chan­dise from the Con­way Store, 2385 W. Chel­tenham Ave., po­lice said.

War­rant … Steven Halde­man, 19, of the T500 block of Al­gon Av­enue, Philadel­phia, was taken into cus­tody at 5:25 p.m. Aug. 14 in the 400 block of Myr­tle Av­enue on an out­stand­ing Chel­tenham war­rant, po­lice said.

Re­tail theft … Misty Cedino, 33, of the 2300 block of North Camac Street, Philadel­phia, was charged with re­tail theft around 5:40 p.m. Aug. 14 af­ter she placed items in a bag and gave the bag to her child to pass all points of sales at the Burling­ton Coat Fac­tory, 2385 W. Chel­tenham Ave., po­lice said. Se­cu­rity stopped Cedino out­side and found ad­di­tional mer­chan­dise in her ve­hi­cle for a to­tal of $1,236.88 worth of stolen goods, po­lice said.

Re­tail theft … Tracee Dodd, 45, of the 900 block of East Gor­gas Lane, Philadel­phia, was cited for re­tail theft at 5:25 p.m. Aug. 15 af­ter tak­ing $85 in goods from Wal­mart, 1000 S. Eas­ton Road, po­lice said.

Theft … A large quan­tity of jew­elry and a pis­tol be­long­ing to a de­ceased res­i­dent was re­ported miss­ing at 9:06 p.m. Aug. 15 from a res­i­dence in the 6300 block of Brookview Place, po­lice said.

Re­tail theft … Shanta John­son-Parker, 22, of the 100 block of East May­land Street, Philadel­phia, was cited for re­tail theft at 2:25 p.m. Aug. 16 af­ter tak­ing $42.93 in goods from Burling­ton Coat Fac­tory, 2385 W. Chel­tenham Ave., po­lice said.

Re­tail theft … Clarissa Allen-Whitefield, 65, of the 2T00 block of North Dover Street, Philadel­phia, was charged with re­tail theft at 6 p.m. Aug. 16 af­ter tak­ing $212.T9 in mer­chan­dise from Path­mark, 1000 S. Eas­ton Road, po­lice said.

Theft … An An­droid3 cell­phone, val­ued be­tween $200 and $300, was re­ported stolen at T:15 p.m. Aug. 16 at Chel­tenham High School, 500 Rices Mill Road, po­lice said.

Re­tail theft … Kenny’s Hall­mark, 2385 W. Chel­tenham Ave., re­ported Aug. 1T that the same man had stolen items five times over the last sev­eral months, po­lice said.

Re­tail theft … Bryant Philips, 42, of the 1400 block of North 28th Street, Philadel­phia, was charged with re­tail theft around 3:20 p.m. Aug. 1T af­ter tak­ing $134 in goods from Home De­pot, 2385 W. Chel­tenham Ave., po­lice said. Philips also had a Philadel­phia war­rant on him and was turned over to Philadel­phia au­thor­i­ties, po­lice said.

Re­tail theft … Mar­quette Savoy, 20, of the 1100 block of East Sydney Street, Philadel­phia; and Ariele Flem­ing, 20, of the 2500 block of West Som­er­set Street, Philadel­phia, were cited for re­tail theft around 6:35 p.m. Aug. 1T af­ter tak­ing a to­tal of $41.98 in goods from Path­mark, 1000 S. Eas­ton Road, po­lice said.

Re­tail theft … A man and a woman stole $228.T5 in goods from Burling­ton Coat Fac­tory, 2385 W. Chel­tenham Ave., at 11:50 a.m. Aug. 18 and fled in a white Buick LeSabre, po­lice said.

Drug pos­ses­sion … Ge­orge Fletcher, 24, of Pennsville, N.J.; and Ariel Eisen­hauer, 21, of Coop­ers­burg, Pa., were both ar­rested on drug pos­ses­sion charges at 4:09 p.m. Aug. 18 fol­low­ing a traf­fic stop at Limekiln Pike and Old Mill Road, po­lice said.

Theft … On Aug. 1T at 9:24 a.m. the owner of the Flower Sta­tion, 3500 Philmont Ave., re­ported a theft that oc­curred overnight. Ac­cord­ing t o po­lice, a white en­closed land­scap­ing trailer that was at­tached to a ve­hi­cle was stolen. The owner stated that the trailer was full of land­scap­ing equip­ment. Po­lice said the value of the stolen equip­ment was more than $2T,000.

DUI … On Aug. 18 at 1:23 a.m. po­lice stopped Marc White, 26, of the 200 block of Sharp­less Road, Southamp­ton, at Philmont Av­enue and Wood­land Circle for var­i­ous traf­fic vi­o­la­tions, po­lice said.

While speak­ing with White, po­lice ob­served him to be ner­vous and his speech was slurred, po­lice said. When asked if he was on med­i­ca­tion, White stated he was on a methadone treat­ment and had smoked marijuana ear­lier in the day, po­lice said. When po­lice asked him to exit the ve­hi­cle he dis­played poor bal­ance and he had an odor of al­co­hol on his breath, po­lice said.

Po­lice ad­min­is­tered field so­bri­ety tests, which he failed, and a PBT re­vealed a 0.101 per­cent BAC, po­lice said. He was trans­ported to Holy Redeemer Hospi­tal for blood test­ing, which DUI charges are pend­ing lab re­sults, po­lice said.

DUI … On Aug. 15 at 9:44 p.m. po­lice stopped Steven Coelho, 26, of the 1300 block of Roth­ley Av­enue, on Philmont Av­enue, near Red Lion Road, for var­i­ous traf­fic vi­o­la­tions, po­lice said.

Ac­cord­ing to po­lice, Coelho was ner­vous and he was fum­bling with his ve­hi­cle doc­u­ments. He ad­mit­ted to tak­ing med­i­ca­tion ear­lier in the day as he was fid­gety, talk­a­tive and was sweat­ing pro­fusely, po­lice said. In ad­di­tion, Coelho pro­duced an ig­ni­tion in­ter­lock li­cense, but did not have the de­vice in the car, po­lice said, which he ad­mit­ted to re­mov­ing.

DUI … On Aug. 13 at 2:33 p.m. po­lice re­sponded to the area of Robert and Fred­er­ick roads for a re­port of sus­pi­cious per­son asleep in a blue Honda Civic, po­lice said. Upon ar­rival po­lice found the driver asleep at the wheel with the engine run­ning, po­lice said. While wait­ing for backup, po­lice ob­served a par­tially con­sumed bot­tle of liquor in an open back­pack, po­lice said.

Ac­cord­ing to po­lice, the driver woke up, rolled down his win­dow and spoke to po­lice. He was iden­ti­fied as Daniel Fredricks, 31, of the 300 block of Christo­pher Court, Lans­dale. Po­lice de­tected a faint odor of al­co­hol and a strong odor of cologne, po­lice said. Po­lice seized t he bot­tle of liquor and Fredricks even­tu­ally stated he was drink­ing the night be­fore, po­lice said.

Po­lice ad­min­is­tered field so­bri­ety tests, which he failed, and a PBT re­vealed a 0.201 per­cent BAC, po­lice said.

He was trans­ported to Holy Redeemer Hospi­tal for blood tests, which DUI charges are pend­ing lab re­sults, po­lice said.
