Dis­or­derly con­duct … Karen Maxwell, 18, of More­land Road, Wil­low Grove, was charged with dis­or­derly con­duct Aug. 7 af­ter her ve­hi­cle was stopped in Crest­mont Park lo­cated at Old Welsh Road and Reser­voir Av­enue in Wil­low Grove at 6:46 p.m., po­lice said. Au­thor­i­ties con­fis­cated a small amount of marijuana and drug para­pher­na­lia from the ve­hi­cle, po­lice said.

Dis­or­derly con­duct … Travis Mess­ing, 19, of For­tune Road, Glen­side, was charged with dis­or­derly con­duct Aug. 23 af­ter he left the Wawa on the 2400 block of Susque­hanna Road at 1:51 a.m. with a sand­wich he did not pay for, po­lice said.

Crim­i­nal mis­chief … Martin Difrancesco, Jr., of Cum­ber­land Road, Abing­ton, was charged with crim­i­nal mis­chief Aug. 25 at 4:18 p.m. af­ter a vic­tim re­ported that he smashed their cel­lu­lar phone and smashed the wind­shield of their ve­hi­cle by jump­ing on it on the 2200 block of More­land Road, po­lice said.

Dis­or­derly con­duct … Paige Adams, 24, of North Penn Street, Hat­boro, was charged with dis­or­derly con­duct Aug. 28 af­ter ad­mit­ting to po­lice she had a small amount of marijuana on her per­son at 1:51 p.m. at the in­ter­sec­tion of Eas­ton Road and Hamil­ton Av­enue, po­lice said. Adams was also charged with dis­or­derly con­duct Aug. 30 af­ter po­lice found her yelling and shout­ing ob­scen­i­ties at oc­cu­pants of a home in the 2300 block of Ed­wards Road at 4:58 p.m., po­lice said.

Pub­lic drunk­en­ness … Jamie Fleury, 36, of Mill Road, Mead­ow­brook, was cited with pub­lic drunk­en­ness af­ter po­lice ob­served Fleury in a ver­bal dis­pute at the Mead­ow­brook Train Sta­tion lo­cated in the 1600 block of Old Val­ley Road at 8 p.m., po­lice said. Fleury was ex­tremely in­tox­i­cated, po­lice said.

Dis­or­derly con­duct … Robert Hop­kins, 45, of Mon­roe Av­enue, Glen­side, was charged with dis­or­derly con­duct Aug. 29 af­ter po­lice stopped a ve­hi­cle at Jenk­in­town Road and Penn Av­enue at 10:41 p.m., po­lice said. Au­thor­i­ties con­fis­cated a marijuana pipe from the ve­hi­cle, po­lice said.

Pub­lic drunk­en­ness … Moises Robles-Mal­don­ado, 23, of Park Av­enue, Wil­low Grove, was charged with pub­lic drunk­en­ness Aug. 29 af­ter po­lice ob­served Robles-Mal­don­ado at the in­ter­sec­tion of Eas­ton and Dav­isville roads stum­bling on the side­walk at 10:35 p.m., po­lice said.

Re­tail theft … Lauren Lam­bert, 21, of Sprague Street, Philadel­phia, was charged with re­tail theft Sept. 3 af­ter a Tar­get se­cu­rity of­fi­cer ob­served Lam­bert con­ceal A210 worth of mer­chan­dise and at­tempt to leave the store with­out pay­ing at the store in the 1400 block of Old York Road at 8:37 p.m., po­lice said.

Dis­or­derly con­duct … Molly Fan­ning, 24, of Edge Hill Road, Glen­side, was charged with dis­or­derly con­duct Sept. 5 af­ter a vic­tim re­ported that some­one was bang­ing on their door at 11:51 p.m. on the 200 block of Edge Hill Road, po­lice said. Fan­ning said she was look­ing for her boyfriend and the vic­tim said she did not know Fan­ning or her boyfriend, po­lice said. Fan­ning was in­tox­i­cated, po­lice said.

DUI … Har­vey Car­roll, 54, of North 11th Street, Philadel­phia, was charged with driv­ing un­der the influence of al­co­hol and speed­ing Aug. 18 af­ter po­lice ob- served a ve­hi­cle speed­ing down Old York Road near Wood­land Road go­ing 60 mph in a 35 mph zone at 2:05 p.m., po­lice said. Po­lice stopped the ve­hi­cle and de­tected the odor of al­co­hol com­ing from Car­roll’s breath. He ad­mit­ted to hav­ing two beers, po­lice said. He failed field so­bri­ety tests and was trans­ported to Fas­track for fur­ther test­ing, po­lice said. Test re­sults showed that his BAC was 0.153 per­cent, po­lice said.

Pos­ses­sion … Bri­anna L. Tay­lor, 25, of Rus­sett Drive, Warmin­ster, was charged with pos­ses­sion of a con­trolled sub­stance and pos­ses­sion of drug para­pher­na­lia Aug. 20 af­ter po­lice re­sponded to a re­port that a pa­tient at Abing­ton Memo­rial Hospi­tal was in pos­ses­sion of drugs at 2:20 a.m., po­lice said. The nurse treat­ing Tay­lor found sy­ringes and sev­eral blue wax en­velopes in her gown pocket, po­lice said. A hospi­tal se­cu­rity of­fi­cer also found a pill bot­tle and more wax en­velopes in her purse, po­lice said. Au­thor­i­ties con­fis­cated the con­tra­band and sub­mit­ted it to the Na­tional Med­i­cal Ser­vice for test­ing, po­lice said. Test re­sults showed that Tay­lor was in pos­ses­sion of the de­pres­sant Al­pra­zo­lam, heroin and co­caine, po­lice said.

Forgery … Nile J. Dowling, 29, of Par­rish Street, Philadel­phia, was charged with forgery, theft by de­cep­tion, bad checks, iden­tity theft and forged or coun­ter­feit doc­u­ments Aug. 23 af­ter he at­tempted to cash a fraud­u­lent check val­ued at A1,820.23 un­der a false name at the Susque­hanna Bank in the 100 block of Old York Road at 11:47 a.m., po­lice said.

Pos­ses­sion … Dustin M. Heiser, 35, Coolidge Av­enue, Wil­low Grove, was charged with pos­ses­sion of drug para­pher­na­lia Aug. 24 af­ter po­lice ob­served Heiser rid­ing a BMu bi­cy­cle at Wood­land and Ed­wards roads at 4:34 p.m., po­lice said. Po­lice ob­served Heiser rid­ing in the street and on the side­walk and ob­served him rid­ing to­ward a cou­ple push­ing a stroller forc­ing them onto a curb­side, po­lice said. Po­lice stopped Heiser and con­fis­cated a marijuana bowl from his pants pock­ets, po­lice said. The bowl had marijuana residue on it, po­lice said.

Pos­ses­sion … Martin S. McCor­ris­ton, 45, of School House Road, Telford, was charged with pos­ses­sion of a con­trolled sub­stance, pos­ses­sion of drug para­pher­na­lia, dis­or­derly con­duct and pub­lic drunk­en­ness; and Joshua Brown, 32, of North Broad Street, Philadel­phia, was charged with pos­ses­sion of a con­trolled sub­stance, pos­ses­sion of drug para­pher­na­lia, dis­or­derly con­duct and pub­lic drunk­en­ness Aug. 26 af­ter po­lice re­sponded to the re­port of a fight at the 19th Hole lo­cated in the 3000 block of Jenk­in­town Road at 8:22 p.m., po­lice said. Both had been ar­gu­ing and haan odor of al­co­hol on their breath and slurred speech, po­lice said. Po­lice con­fis­cated an Oxycon­tin pill from Brown’s pants pocket, po­lice said.

Re­tail theft … Lashawn S. Bean, 22, of Wyalus­ing Av­enue, Philadel­phia, was charged with re­tail theft and re­ceiv­ing stolen prop­erty Aug. 35 af­ter a Bloom­ing­dale’s loss preven­tion of­fi­cer ob­served Bean se­lect var­i­ous pieces of mer­chan­dise, en­ter a fit­ting room, con­ceal the items in her purse and exit the dress­ing room and at­tempted to leave the store with­out pay­ing for the items at the Bloom­ing­dale’s at the Wil­low Grove Park mall at 6:20 p.m., po­lice said. The loss preven­tion of­fi­cer stopped Bean and re­cov­ered the A790 worth of mer­chan­dise she had taken, po­lice said. She was trans­ported to Abing­ton Po­lice Depart­ment, po­lice said.

Forgery … A war­rant was is­sued for the ar­rest of Lisa Har­ris, 33, of South 6th Street, Cam­den, N.J., who was charged with forgery, bad checks, theft by un­law­ful tak­ing or dis­po­si­tion, re­ceiv­ing stolen prop­erty, se­cur­ing ex­e­cu­tion of doc­u­ments by de­cep­tion, the un­law­ful use of com­put­ers and other com­puter crimes, crim­i­nal at­tempt, the use of a stolen credit card and the pos­ses­sion of a stolen credit card Aug. 28 af­ter she opened an ac­count at First Ni­a­gara Bank lo­cated in the 700 block of Hunt­ing­don Pike and de­posited a forged check val­ued at A12,738, and with­drew A2,000 from the ac­count, po­lice said. The fol­low­ing day Har­ris at­tempted to with­draw funds from the ac­count, but she was de­clined, po­lice said. She was ar­rested and trans­ported to Abing­ton Po­lice Depart­ment where she ad­mit­ted to forgery, po­lice said.
