DUI … On Sept. 15 at 12:37 a.m. po­lice stopped Michael Flood, 40, of the unit block of Black Hawk Circle, Down­ing­town, dur­ing a so­bri­ety check point at By­berry Road and Hunt­ing­don Pike, po­lice said.

While speak­ing with Flood, po­lice de­tected an odor of burnt marijuana from the ve­hi­cle, po­lice said. Ac­cord­ing to po­lice, his eyes were blood­shot and he ad­mit­ted he smoked prior to driv­ing. Flood also handed po­lice a wiploc­type bag con­tain­ing sus­pected marijuana, po­lice said.

DUI … On Sept. 16 at 2:47 a.m. po­lice stopped Mina Mekaiel, 27, of the 2300 block of Cam­bridge &LUFOH, HDW­fiHOG, IRU vDULRuV WUDI­fiF vLRODWLRnV, SROLFH said.

While speak­ing with Mekaiel, po­lice ob­served his speech was slurred, his eye­lids were droopy, his eyes were glassy and blood­shot, and his ac­tions were lethar­gic, po­lice said.

Pub­lic drunk­en­ness … On Sept. 14 at 1:26 a.m. po­lice charged Ken­neth Lank­ford, 43, of the unit block of Idol­stone Road, Le­vit­town, af­ter po­lice found him slumped over and sway­ing with his head down at the in­ter­sec­tion of Hunt­ing­don Pike and Welsh Road, po­lice said.

DUI … On Sept. 14 at 2:37 a.m. po­lice stopped An­drew Prescod, 27, of the 2300 block of 77th Av­enue, Philadel­phia, for var­i­ous WUDI­fiF vLRODWLRnV, SROLFH said.

While speak­ing to Prescod, po­lice de­tected a strong odor of al­co­holic bev­er­age com­ing from the in­te­rior of the car, po­lice said. Ac­cord­ing to po­lice, he ex­hib­ited sev­eral signs of im­pair­ment.

DUI … On Sept. 13 at 10:27 p.m. po­lice ques­tioned Brad­ford Nord, 33, of the 1000 block of Ge­orge Road, Mead­ow­brook, af­ter ob­serv­ing him uri­nat­ing in the park­ing lot of the Sunoco Gas Sta­tion, 2883 Philmont Ave., po­lice said.

While speak­ing with him, po­lice ob­served him ZLWK VOuUUHG VSHHFK, fiGJety move­ments and was un­steady on his feet, po­lice said. Ac­cord­ing to po­lice, he had an odor of al­co­hol on his breath, but de­nied hav­ing any­thing to drink, but ad­mit­ted he took sev­eral psy­chotropic medicines.
