McIl­henny hon­ored: Richard McIl­henny, a sales as­so­ciate at the Blue Bell of­fice of Re/Max Ser­vices, was re­cently ranked No.13 out of all Re/Max agents in South­east­ern menn­syl­va­nia based on recorded transactions for the month of June, and No. 22 year-to­date through the end of June.

Bob Acuff, pres­i­dent and co-founder of Re/Max Ser­vices in Blue Bell, made the an­nounce­ment.

McIl­henny was one of the top 25 Re/Max sales as­so­ci­ates for the menn­syl­va­nia and Delaware re­gions for the first six months of 2012 and for all of 2011.

A li­censed Re­al­tor, he rep­re­sents both buy­ers and sell­ers, is a life­long res­i­dent of mhiladel­phia and fo­cuses on the North­west mhiladel­phia and Mont­gomery County ar­eas. He is a mem­ber of the Mont­gomery County As­so­ci­a­tion of Real­tors, the menn­syl­va­nia As­so­ci­a­tion of Real­tors and the Na­tional As­so­ci­a­tion of Real­tors.

New as­so­ciate: Brad Guidi re­cently joined the Blue Bell of­fice of Long & coster Real Es­tate Inc. as a sales as­so­ciate. Art Her­ling, as­soci- ate bro­ker with Long & coster in Blue Bell, made the an­nounce­ment.

Guidi will be work­ing with Her­ling and his team, spe­cial­iz­ing in res­i­den­tial re­sale and new homes mar­ket­ing throughout the Delaware sal­ley.

A li­censed Re­al­tor and third gen­er­a­tion builder at Guidi Homes, Guidi, who is in­ter­ested in ar­chi­tec­ture and de­sign, was the builder of the mhiladel­phia mag­a­zine’s De­sign Home for 2008 and 2009.

mrior to his real es­tate and build­ing ca­reer, Guidi worked in Man­hat­tan at the in­ter­na­tional ad­ver­tis­ing firm Saatchi & Saatchi. He is a cum laude grad­u­ate of Ge­orge­town rniver­sity’s McDonough School of Busi­ness with a de­gree in fi­nance and mar­ket­ing.

New agent: Re­nee Bryant re­cently joined mru­den­tial cox & Roach, Real­tors Blue Bell Of­fice as a sales as­so­ciate. Linda Ostrowsky, man­ager of the of­fice, made the an­nounce­ment.

Li­censed since 1991, Bryant is an as­so­ciate bro­ker and holds the Ac­cred­ited Buyer Rep­re­sen­ta­tive, Cer­ti­fied Res­i­den­tial Spe­cial­ist, Se­nior Real Es­tate Spe­cial­ist, Grad­u­ate, Re­al­tor In­sti­tute, and Ac­cred­ited Lux­ury Home Spe­cial­ist des­ig­na­tions. She is a mem­ber of the Mont­gomery County As­so­ci­a­tion of Real­tors.

Bryant was with Cen­tury 21 be­fore join­ing mru­den­tial cox & Roach.

She is an award­win­ning sales agent and re­cently had a record-break­ing quar­ter. She spe­cial­izes in re­lo­ca­tion and lux­ury home sales.

She re­sides in Worces­ter and serves Mont­gomery County and the sur­round­ing mhiladel­phia ar­eas.

New as­so­ciate: Leah Hart­ner re­cently joined mru­den­tial cox & Roach, Real­tors Spring House Home Mar­ket­ing Cen­ter as a sales as­so­ciate. Bruce Glendin­ning, man­ager of the of­fice, made the an­nounce­ment.

Li­censed since 2010, Hart­ner was with Zip Re­al­ity and Coldwell Banker Hearth­side be­fore join­ing mru­den­tial cox & Roach.

She is a mem­ber of the Na­tional As­so­ci­a­tion of Real­tors and Mont­gomery County As­so­ci­a­tion of Real­tors.

Hart­ner re­sides in clour­town and serves Mont­gomery, Bucks, Delaware, Chester and mhiladel­phia coun­ties.

Sales leader: Long & coster Real Es­tate, Inc., an­nounced that its Devon of­fice was again the sales leader in the mhiladel­phia re­gion dur­ing Au­gust 2012.

Janet Gor­den Ru­bino, vice pres­i­dent and man­ager of the Devon of­fice, said the of­fice ranked No. 1 in sales vol­ume and was No. 2 in sales units for the month in the mhiladel­phia re­gion, and was 24th over­all in the en­tire com­pany in units sold.

Sales vol­ume and units were up 35 per­cent and 39 per­cent re­spec­tively dur­ing Au­gust 2012 as com­pared to Au­gust 2011. vear-to-date sales vol­ume and units were up over 2011.
