McIlhenny honored: Richard McIlhenny, a sales associate at the Blue Bell office of Re/Max Services, was recently ranked No.13 out of all Re/Max agents in Southeastern mennsylvania based on recorded transactions for the month of June, and No. 22 year-todate through the end of June.
Bob Acuff, president and co-founder of Re/Max Services in Blue Bell, made the announcement.
McIlhenny was one of the top 25 Re/Max sales associates for the mennsylvania and Delaware regions for the first six months of 2012 and for all of 2011.
A licensed Realtor, he represents both buyers and sellers, is a lifelong resident of mhiladelphia and focuses on the Northwest mhiladelphia and Montgomery County areas. He is a member of the Montgomery County Association of Realtors, the mennsylvania Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors.
New associate: Brad Guidi recently joined the Blue Bell office of Long & coster Real Estate Inc. as a sales associate. Art Herling, associ- ate broker with Long & coster in Blue Bell, made the announcement.
Guidi will be working with Herling and his team, specializing in residential resale and new homes marketing throughout the Delaware salley.
A licensed Realtor and third generation builder at Guidi Homes, Guidi, who is interested in architecture and design, was the builder of the mhiladelphia magazine’s Design Home for 2008 and 2009.

New associate: Leah Hartner recently joined mrudential cox & Roach, Realtors Spring House Home Marketing Center as a sales associate. Bruce Glendinning, manager of the office, made the announcement.
Licensed since 2010, Hartner was with Zip Reality and Coldwell Banker Hearthside before joining mrudential cox & Roach.
She is a member of the National Association of Realtors and Montgomery County Association of Realtors.
Hartner resides in clourtown and serves Montgomery, Bucks, Delaware, Chester and mhiladelphia counties.
Sales leader: Long & coster Real Estate, Inc., announced that its Devon office was again the sales leader in the mhiladelphia region during August 2012.
Janet Gorden Rubino, vice president and manager of the Devon office, said the office ranked No. 1 in sales volume and was No. 2 in sales units for the month in the mhiladelphia region, and was 24th overall in the entire company in units sold.
Sales volume and units were up 35 percent and 39 percent respectively during August 2012 as compared to August 2011. vear-to-date sales volume and units were up over 2011.
