DUI … On Oct. 13 at 4:28 p.m. po­lice charged oachel gohn­son, 18, of the 4200 block of ji­ladies iane, Doylestown, with Drf af­ter po­lice found her parked on Park­side Av­enue for no rea­son, po­lice said. Ac­cord­ing to po­lice, gohn­son stated she was look­ing for her pas­sen­ger-side mir­ror, which she said fell off while driv­ing west on By­berry ooad.

Ac­cord­ing to po­lice, she was drowsy and her pupils were con­stricted, and po­lice said she was go­ing to fall asleep while stand­ing up.

Po­lice ad­min­is­tered field so­bri­ety tests, which she failed, but she had no al­co­holic bev­er­age on her breath, and a PBT re­vealed a 0.00 per­cent BAC, po­lice said. Po­lice then ad­min­is­tered a kys­tag­mus test, which re­vealed her to be un­der the influence of some sub­stance, po­lice said.

rpon in­ves­ti­ga­tion of her pock­et­book, po­lice found a driver’s li­cense be­long­ing to some­one else, two sy­ringes, three small blue wax pa­per pack­ets marked “yel­low Di­a­mond,” one small clear baggy and a clear bot­tle cap with a brown chunk of some un­known sub­stance, po­lice said.

She was trans­ported to Holy oedeemer Hospi­tal for blood test­ing, which Drf charges are pend­ing lab re­sults, po­lice said.

DUI … On Oct. 13 at 12:50 a.m. po­lice stopped jichael jcShane, 46, of the 3900 block of dlouces­ter Street, Ben­salem, at 2855 Philmont Ave., for traf­fic vi­o­la­tions, po­lice said.

rpon speak­ing to jcShane, po­lice de­tected an odor of al­co­holic bev­er­age from his per­son, po­lice said. Po­lice ad­min­is­tered field so­bri­ety tests, which failed, and a PBT re­vealed a 0.359 per­cent BAC, po­lice said. He was trans­ported to Holy oedeemer Hospi­tal for blood tests, which Drf charges are pend­ing lab re­sults, po­lice said.

Pub­lic drunk­en­ness … On Oct. 13 at 6:10 p.m. po­lice charged ki­cholas jas­sari, 34, of the 7100 block of Ta­bor Av­enue, Philadel­phia, for pub­lic drunk­en­ness af­ter po­lice found him at the CsS Phar­macy on telsh ooad seek­ing a ride home, po­lice said.

rpon in­ves­ti­ga­tion, po­lice said jas­sari smelled heav­ily of al­co­hol and was car­ry­ing an open pint con­tainer of goc­quin’s vodka. A PBT re­vealed a 0.147 per­cent BAC, po­lice said.

DUI … On Oct. 11 at 3:13 p.m. po­lice re­sponded to By­berry and Pine roads for a ve­hi­cle ac­ci­dent. Ac­cord­ing to po­lice, the driver of one car rearended an­other, and the vic­tim stated the of­fender was act­ing “strangely.”

rpon speak­ing to the driver, iden­ti­fied as tilliam Ohara, 25, of the 100 block of bliz­a­beth iane, oich­boro, po­lice ob­served him to be un­steady on his feet, he spoke in a low slurred voice and his eyes were pin-point, po­lice said.

Po­lice be­lieved he was on a con­trolled sub­stance and ad­min­is­tered field so­bri­ety tests, which he failed, po­lice said. He sub­mit­ted to blood tests, which Drf charges are pend­ing lab re­sults, po­lice said.

DUI … On Oct. 6 at 9:09 p.m. po­lice stopped Steve bads, 43, of the unit block of Sharon Street, at By­berry ooad and dlen tay for traf­fic vi­o­la­tions, po­lice said.

rpon speak­ing to bads, po­lice de­tected a strong odor of al­co­holic bev­er­age and he was ar­gu­men­ta­tive, po­lice said. Po­lice ad­min­is­tered field so­bri­ety tests, which he failed and a PBT re­vealed a 0.17 per­cent BAC, po­lice said.

He de­clined the con­sent form for blood tests and will be charged with Drf, po­lice said.
