Cell phone drop-off
State Sen. LeAnJ na tashington anJ nounced that she has partnered with seriJ zon HopeLine to colJ l ect old cell phones, which will be used to help survivors of doJ mestic violence.
Phones donated at eit her of tashingJ t on’s district offices will be distributed through t he serizon HopeLine, which is a sponsor of t he Rth Annual talk t o End Domestic siolence. The serizon HopeJ Line repurposes and distributes donated cell phones t o affectJ ed domestic violence survivors so t hat t hey may have an emerJ gency line in times of need.
Donations will be accepted at both of tashington’s district office t hroughout t he month of October. The ooslyn district office is l ocated at 1168 Easton ooad.
