FASHION FOR EVERY AGE AT JENNIFER’S BOUTIQUE
At Jennifer’s, shopping well means combining fashion with friendship
On any Saturday afternoon, considered prime shopping time, you’ll spot mothers and daughters, grandmothers and granddaughters, sifting through the racks at Jennifer’s. The boutique, which opened in 1983, proudly boasts a multigenerational clientele thanks to its well- dressed, loyal customers. And surprisingly they not only come to shop but to enjoy a bit of socializing with owner Jennifer Williams and her staff. Every day coffee is brewed, wine is uncorked, and spring water is chilled, all in an effort to turn shopping into a friendly, relationship- building experience.
“I have always been a hands- on owner and hired employees who offer a level of service you don’t find in department stores or national chains. We listen to and understand the needs of our customers,” says Williams. “We make sure our customers are comfortable, at ease and have a great experience in our store.”
Selecting merchandise that appeals to different generations can be a challenge, but Williams has a
knack for creating an inventory that includes hip apparel for younger shoppers, but remains true to her fashion sense that has always appealed to established shoppers. “Our philosophy of dressing is that being fashionable should look and be effortless,” she says. “A polished and pulled together look can stand out without being forced or fussy. We are also keenly aware of maintaining our clients’ sense of style as their bodies and lifestyles change.” Jennifer’s, Cypress Square Shopping Center, 13451 McGregor Boulevard at Cypress Lake Drive, 239- 481- 8582, jennifersfortmyers.com
